Thursday, September 11, 2014 marks the 13th anniversary of the attacks to the World Trade Center. For some, this anniversary may trigger difficult memories and uncomfortable feelings of grief, sadness, and/or anger. It is important to attend to and respect those feelings and thoughts.

  • Know yourself and consider how you would like to mark this day
  • Be flexible – you may choose to change your plans as the anniversary approaches
  • Allow others to support and care for you
