Listen, Protect, and Connect is a psychological first aid program that teaches participants to recognize the warning signs for psychological distress and PTSD, especially helpful in a disaster. Just as people learn CPR or first aid to help during medical emergencies, knowing how to provide psychological first aid is an important thing you can do for your family, friends, and neighbors’ well-being.
