Our Biofeedback Coach, Rita Desyatnik, says deep breathing daily is a great way to relieve stress and get acquainted with meditation. The Seattle Seahawks’ sports psychologist, whose techniques are similar to biofeedback coaching provided at FoF, recommends that those “new to meditation start off with six minutes of deep breathing”. Among other benefits, breathing and meditation release tension and relax the mind and body.
