Stress Awareness Month Tip from FoF: Lauren Johnson, LMFT, one of our counselors, recommends focusing on activities and hobbies that you enjoy as a way to decrease stress. It’s easy to get caught up in a busy schedule, but make sure to take time to crochet, read, meet with friends, take a spin class, cook dinner, or whatever activity or hobby it is that brings you joy.
