Stress Awareness Month TipJournal

Justin Kennard, LCSW, one of our counselors, says regular journal writing can be beneficial to emotional health. It’s a way to release, and become aware of, powerful thoughts and feelings that cause stress. This process of actively letting thoughts flow out of you into your private journal can provide relief and greater understanding about yourself. Use paper or electronic form, bring it with you wherever you go, and journal daily, weekly, or as needed.
