(A grant from New York State allowed us to implement several new mental health programs. With the conclusion of the grant this September, we will see some changes in services supported by the grant, while continuing to focus our resources where they are needed most. For anyone impacted by the following changes, be assured that we at FoF continue to work diligently in order to meet the mental health and wellness service needs of you and your families.

Our 24/7 hotline will close September 30, 2015. Until then, if you find yourself in crisis or needing to speak with a counselor you can reach our hotline around the clock at 1-866-339-7717. View all our services here.
