How about some acupuncture after class?
Acupuncture is known to reduce stress and ease pain associated with certain conditions and help with many other health problems. FoF in-house acupuncturist Gina Piccirillo, LAC has a special interest in utilizing food as "medicine" in her treatments, and her practice is centered on a "whole body" approach — working on the interaction between psycho-emotional and physical issues.
