EMS Resources

The EMS FDNY Help Fund has partnered with Hands on Health Associates to provide active FDNY EMS members with confidential mental health services: EMS Hotline: (646) 838-3948.

Through this program, clients will:

    • Speak to someone directly within minutes of contacting them,

    • Receive services via telehealth or in-person,

    • Connect with an experienced counselor (all concerns are kept confidential),

    • Not incur additional costs for treatment (beyond insurance payments and co-pay),

    • Maintain the care you need as long as you need, and

    • Include your partners and family members in your treatment, or pursue couples and family therapy.
